Individual Therapy

I specialize in working with people who are “languishing,” or feel like they are stagnating in their life, career and/or relationships, and are longing for greater alignment between their values and the life they’re actually living. My approach is both somatic and existential, and works to help you get in touch with your own internal wisdom and sense of wholeness. We’ll work with both the mind and the body tracking what feels stuck, what wants to emerge, and what’s possible from here. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk with you as you sort through the noise and come home to what you already know. I welcome people who are coming to therapy first the first time, and may feel some apprehension about what to expect!
