About Me

My style draws from multiple sources, including training in Hakomi, a somatic mindfulness technique, and my own Vipassana meditation practice. My style is frank, playful and deeply pragmatic while also rooted in a trust in intuition (both yours and my own). Prior to becoming a therapist, I have worked in startups, the corporate world, and education. I am an intern therapist working under supervision from Anne Phillips, LMHC.

I live in Seattle with my partner and our two kids. In my free time, I love to garden, read as many books as possible, and listen to Dolly Parton while doing the dishes. In a previous, pre-kids life, I was also an avid bike camper, and hope to return to that someday.
